We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of a product. Payment must be received in full before an order goes into production.
4. Order Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring that all order details — including size, color, and shipping address — are correct before submitting your order. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally where available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Norwell Equipped and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
7. Accuracy of Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
