Return & Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order and printed on demand, which means each item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order.

Defects & Printing Errors We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a printing error (such as misprints, fading, or damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the defect when reaching out so we can resolve your issue quickly.

Wrong Size Orders Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections. We encourage you to carefully review our size chart before placing your order. Size charts are available on each product page.  If we have mistakenly sent the wrong size we will replace it as soon as possible.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
