1. Made to Order All of our products are printed on demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow additional time for production before your order ships.
2. Processing Time Orders typically take 2-6 business daysto produce before they are shipped. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
6. International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 8. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
